Zillow's New Touring Agreement

I wasn’t going to think too hard about this or write about it, because I found the topic fairly uninteresting. But I have received multiple requests from readers to give my take on the new “touring agreement” from Zillow.

Your wish being my command (only when I feel like it, of course), I thought I’d spend a few minutes looking at it and opining. I realize there are already quite a few conspiratorial takes on this, and I hope not to add to any of that and keep it to known facts and reasonable speculation.
