In my previous post about Roger Alford’s appointment as the Principal Deputy Assistant Attorney General for the Antitrust Division, I said that I couldn’t find any other articles or given any presentations on antitrust in real estate.
A reader—a surprising reader whose identity I can’t share, but you know who you are—sent me the transcript from a hearing before the Wisconsin Senate. I think this testimony provides a bit more insight into Alford’s thinking about real estate.
Again, we are going to engage in speculation, but hey, informed speculation is what we do around these parts.
