In that post, I theorized that brokerages who join RE/MAX and Anywhere’s franchise brands might be immunized from liability from Sitzer, Moehrl and any other lawsuits.
A clarification is in order, based on conversations with attorneys I know. But even more interesting are all kinds of corporate maneuvers that could take place now.
