Quick Update: REX v. Zillow is No Harbinger

I’m preparing to go on the road this week to present the truth about the commission lawsuits in person to a large MLS leadership audience… so it’s a bit crazy over here. But thought I’d take a few minutes to post this.

Got a few emails and text messages about NAR’s win in the REX v. Zillow lawsuit, asking what this win means for NAR in the commission lawsuits of Sitzer and Moehrl.
