Power of Perception, Perception of Power

After my last post, I got fairly inundated by comments and feedback from many of you. I posted one of those myself because the person needed protection from the cancel culture that has come to dominate REALTOR world over the past couple of decades.

After some really interesting off-the-record conversations, I think I see where the next crisis for NAR will come from. It will not be from yet another copycat lawsuit. It will not be from the revived DOJ coming at NAR with vengeance on its mind. It will come from the MLSs, and it will largely determine how things go for NAR over the next 12 to 24 months.
