On the Third Commission Lawsuit: Nosalek v. MLS PIN

Earlier this week, a friend reached out and asked me about Nosalek v. MLS PIN, the third commission-related antitrust lawsuit. I figured most people had heard about it, but because the claims and facts are pretty much identical to Moehrl and Sitzer, we don’t discuss Nosalek much. I have been writing about these lawsuits from the very beginning and didn’t see anything unique or special about Nosalek.

I was wrong.

There are things worth discussing in Nosalek, things that are distinct from the other two lawsuits. It’s well past time to discuss them, but y’know… better late than never.
