Notorious POD: Is AI For Real in Real Estate?

This is a solo episode where I somehow managed to talk to the webcam for almost an hour….

I was inspired by word that the hot topic at Inman San Diego that just wrapped was AI and how it will change everything and impact everything. I agree, I think… but it just got me wondering about exactly how.

Plus, as a physicalist, I find that I believe in the impact of AI but… maybe not right now and maybe not in the next few years for reasons that will become clear in this episode.

I am no kind of AI expert so any thoughts or insights you might have to this one is welcome indeed. Comment below.
