In my last post, I highlighted a problem with buyer agency agreements out of the Republic State of Texas. In this one, I’d like to present you all with a far more positive story, of a buyer agency agreement done right, from the state of California. Which is not well known for doing many things right these days, but hey, this is from a private business, not the government. Perhaps a lesson to be learned there for the Golden State.
Actually, the story isn’t about a buyer agency agreement per se, and the buyer agreements actually involved are atrocious… but we’ll get to how to fix all that below.
