[GUEST POST] Open Letter from Ed Zorn

As you know, I hold Ed Zorn, General Counsel of CRMLS, in highest regard and do enjoy disagreeing with him, debating him, and learning from him. He asked if I would publish a response to my latest posts on CCP and I agreed.

What follows after the break is his post, edited only very lightly (spelling, legibility, some line breaks, etc.) and not for content.

I do want to thank Ed for the submission.

Please note that since original posts were for VIP, this response will also be for VIP. Ed is free to post on any other platform, of course, as he is the author.

Also note that there will be no music video at the end as Ed did not supply an ending soundtrack to this post and I would never impose my strange musical taste on another man’s work. 😀
