Court Grants National Settlement Class in RE/MAX and Anywhere Settlements

As of this morning, the court in Sitzer v. NAR has granted preliminary approval to the RE/MAX and Anywhere settlements. Since I’ve written and spoken about those fairly extensively, I want to review parts of it and add perhaps an idea or two.

This will, of course, be VIP because I had to read a legal order. You can and should pay your attorney to read it for you and give you actual legal advice, because I am a blogger doing this for edutainment.

TL;DR: Nothing surprising, and this pretty much cements Ryan Schneider and Nick Bailey as the two Executives of the Year in real estate.
