A Brief Exploration of a Possible NAR Lawsuit Against PAR

Happy New Year, everybody. The break has been great, but with Congress about the certify a new President today (Jan 6 as I write this), I figure it’s time to get back to work.

Let’s start with a small yet interesting issue. A real discussion broke out in the comments section of the video podcast on the fight between Phoenix Realtors and NAR. I think it’s interesting enough to explore, briefly.

The question is, if NAR sues PAR (Phoenix Association of Realtors), what happens, how does it happen, and how should we think about that?
